【 scope of application 】 The Low-Temperature Impact Brittleness Tester for Coated Fabrics measures the temperature at which coating failure occurs when fabrics endure impact forces under low-temperature conditions. This equipment is essential for material research, product quality inspection, and production process control. Utilizing stacked compression refrigeration technology with thermal equilibrium principles and circulating stirring mechanisms, it achieves automated uniform cooling and temperature stabilization for test samples. The system fully complies with the temperature control specifications outlined in China's national standard GB/T 229-94.

【Principle of instrument】 The specimen is bent into a ring shape and placed in a cryogenic chamber. At an initial temperature (a multiple of 5°C), a freely falling hammer is used to strike the specimen. The temperature is then lowered by 5℃°C, with each subsequent temperature change accompanied by a new hammer strike until the specimen fails. Alternatively, the specimen is subjected to a hammer impact at a specified low temperature to observe whether the coating layer shows signs of failure.
