[Product Features]
1. The test solution used for testing is controlled by a peristaltic pump to ensure the stability and repeatability of the addition, with an accuracy of ± 1%.
2. The heating method of the test solution (physiological saline) adopts a water bath heating method and is stored in a glass jar, without any impact on the performance of the test solution.
3. Children's diaper testing fixture: 3 U-shaped bases, 3 sample holders, 3 standard dispensing modules, and 3 standard compression modules.
4. Adult diaper sample fixture: 1 U-shaped base, 2 standard dispensing modules, and 2 standard compression modules.
5. All sample fixtures are made of PA66 material and 3D printed, with strong impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance.
6. The entire machine adopts a desktop structure design, which is stable in operation and more convenient for mobile installation.
7. The main control adopts a 32-bit MCU with Italian method, which can be equipped with IoT functions, facilitating data access to customer ERP systems.
8. Adopting touch screen control and display, with menu style operation in both Chinese and English interfaces.
9. Adopting platinum electrodes, it has high sensitivity, corrosion resistance, and durability.
