Suitable for textile products with down and feathers as filler and fabrics used in the production of such products. Not suitable for products with mixed filling of down, feathers and other fillers.
【Test Principle】
Fabric samples are prepared by creating test bags of specific dimensions and filling them with a measured amount of down or feather material, or by directly cutting down feather products into pre-sized sample bags. These bags are then placed in plastic containers mounted on testing equipment. Through compression, kneading, and friction processes, the system counts the number of feathers, down fibers, down filaments, and feather roots that penetrate the bags. This method evaluates the fabric's or down product's anti-penetration resistance by quantifying the amount of material penetrated.
