[Instrument features]
1. The resistance pressure difference of the filter material will be obtained through the static pressure rings of its upstream and downstream test chambers, and high-precision imported brand pressure transmitters will be used to ensure the accuracy and stability of the pressure difference.
2. Adopting a dual particle counter to simultaneously collect upper and lower concentrations, ensuring accurate, stable, fast, and effective sampling.
3. This machine is equipped with a voltage and current stabilizing device to ensure the stability of the detected flow, and adopts an automatic control system that is simple, fast, and stable.
4. The pollutants are effectively filtered and absorbed before entering the air.
5. Equipped with a 10 inch touch screen display, the detection results are directly displayed on the interface, and users can choose to directly or save data. Equipped with a remote network module, the device can be upgraded remotely directly.
6. Users only need to place the sample in the fixture, press the button, adjust the testing flow, and the system will automatically test the resistance or efficiency through the controller (PLC). The entire process is simple, fast, and efficient.
7. Integrated airflow resistance testing function, which can detect airflow resistance according to different flow settings.
8. Negative pressure testing mode prevents testing gas from entering the surrounding area and affecting the health of testing personnel.
